NDA government undertaken measures to ensure welfare, inclusive development: Palla

The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) cadre took part in the 鈥楽uparipalana lo Tholi Adugu鈥 programme, a community outreach initiative, on Wednesday.

TDP State president Palla Srinivasa Rao launched the programme in Gajuwaka Constituency. The campaign began in Ward No. 67, where door-to-door visits were conducted to create awareness among the people about the welfare schemes being implemented by the NDA government.

Mr. Srinivasa Rao interacted with the citizens and enquired whether they had been receiving the benefits of welfare schemes.

Mr. Srinivasa Rao, who is also the Gajuwaka MLA, emphasised that the NDA government had swiftly undertaken measures aimed at public welfare and inclusive development.

鈥淲e have already begun implementing flagship schemes such as increased pensions, free LPG cylinders, and 鈥楾halliki Vanhanam鈥. Soon, initiatives like 鈥楢nnadata Sukhibhava鈥 and free bus travel for women will also be introduced,鈥 he said.

Mr. Srinivasa Rao said that 鈥楽uparipalana lo Tholi Adugu鈥 aims to bring governance closer to the people by listening to their concerns directly and communicating the government鈥檚 efforts transparently.

Home Minister V. Anitha launched the programme at Seetharampuram in Payakaraopeta Constituency of Anakapalli district. He visited door-to-door and interacted with the people.

She enquired about the implementation of 鈥楾halli Ki Vandanam鈥 scheme and social welfare pensions. She also gathered feedback on the development activities undertaken by the government in the last one year. She laid the foundation stones for some development works.
