As we also mark our 25th year, we understand the value of this remarkable achievement. For the past three years, Deriv has had the pleasure of welcoming graduates from BITS Pilani Dubai. BITSians consistently stand out for their technical skills, but also for their curiosity, drive, and innovative mindset. As a proud BITS alumnus myself, I attribute this to the college鈥檚 well-rounded curriculum that emphasises overall development of a person rather than only technical skills. This unique approach explains why BITS graduates excel in many walks of life. .Growing from an intern to an engineer at Deriv showed me how my BITS education creates real-world impact.
