Shefali Jariwala death: The sudden death of actor and reality TV star Shefali Jariwala sent shockwaves acorss the nation. New details have emerged in the death of the actor. As per sources, the initial post-mortem findings suggest that a sharp drop in blood pressure, followed by a heart attack, may have caused her death. Jariwala was rushed to Bellevue Multispecialty Hospital in Andheri by her husband, Parag Tyagi, where doctors declared her dead. The cause of her death has not yet been officially confirmed. According to initial reports, Shefali suffered a sudden cardiac arrest late Friday night, between June 27 and 28.

On the day of the incident, Shefali had reportedly been fasting due to a puja (religious ceremony) at her home. She is said to have fainted and collapsed during her first meal later that night. Additionally, sources close to CNN-News18 reveal that Shefali had taken an anti-aging injection that evening, though its role in the medical episode is still being investigated.
According to sources in NDTV, the actress was reportedly undergoing anti-ageing treatment that included the use of Vitamin C and Glutathione — a substance often used for skin lightening and detox purposes.
So far, Mumbai Police have recorded 10 statements in connection with Shefali Jariwala’s sudden death. While the final post-mortem report is expected in 2–3 days, initial findings suggest that the cause may be complications arising from self-medication. However, investigators have not ruled out the possibility of food poisoning. A conclusive cause of death will only be determined once the detailed post-mortem report is available.
