â– The IDF announced that Sergeant Yisrael Natan Rosenfeld, 20, was killed by an explosive device in northern Gaza on Sunday. Rosenfeld, from Ra’anana, was born in the U.K.
â– Israel attacked two schools in Gaza City overnight into Monday, Al Jazeera reports. The two schools, located in the neighborhoods of Zeitoun and Tufah, housed displaced Palestinians, according to the report.
â– The IDF confirmed overnight into Monday that dozens of Israeli settlers rioted in front of a military base in the central West Bank in protest of the shooting of a 14-year-old, which the military is currently looking into whether he was shot by an Israeli soldier. A military source told Haaretz that several settlers attempted to break into the base.
â– The Hamas-run Health Ministry in Gaza said that in the past 24 hours, 88 people were killed in the Strip, including two bodies that were recovered, and 365 were wounded.
â– Israel’s attack on the notorious Evin Prison in Iran killed 71 people, Iranian judiciary spokesperson Asghar Jahangir said on Sunday.
