Popular Ghanaian lifestyle influencer, Sarah Lawson has revealed that her home was severely damaged in a fire that broke out in the early hours of Wednesday, June 25, 2025. Though visibly shaken, Lawson and her housemates escaped the incident without injury.
The influencer shared emotional footage of the fire on social media, showing flames engulfing parts of the residence while pleading for help. In her post, she confirmed that she and her neighbours had safely evacuated.
鈥淚t鈥檚 been a terrifying experience, but we鈥檙e safe,鈥 Lawson said tearfully, as firefighters from the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) worked to bring the blaze under control.
According to her updates, emergency responders arrived promptly, helping to prevent the fire from spreading and destroying the entire building. The cause of the fire remains under investigation, and the full extent of the damage has yet to be confirmed.
In a follow-up video, Lawson thanked the GNFS for their swift response and reassured her followers that no lives were lost.
