At the Andhra Pradesh Tourism Conclave Tech AI 2.0 held in Amaravati, Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu unveiled an ambitious vision to position the state as a leading global tourism destination.
A key highlight of the event was the signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) worth 鈧10,329 crore in the presence of the Chief Minister.
These agreements are expected to attract large-scale investments across core segments such as wellness tourism, eco-tourism, heritage circuits, and hospitality infrastructure.
The Chief Minister also launched the state鈥檚 Tourism Digital Calendar and flagged off the Caravan Tourism initiative, aimed at promoting lesser-known destinations across Andhra Pradesh.
Industry leaders, including Baba Ramdev, extended their support, with Patanjali announcing wellness centre projects. Officials presented technology-driven dashboards and real-time tourism tracking systems, projecting Andhra Pradesh as a smart, investor-friendly destination.
Naidu reaffirmed his commitment to holding annual reviews to ensure accountability, describing tourism as a sector that delivers 鈥渂oth happiness and health.鈥
