Gregg Wallace has stepped into a new role as a personal trainer while awaiting the outcome of an investigation into allegations of inappropriate behaviour.
The former MasterChef star, 60, launched his own health and wellness platform three years ago, following a widely publicised personal transformation that saw him lose a significant amount of weight.
And now Wallace revealed that he is now offering personal training to clients as he keeps busy away from television.
He shared on his Instagram Story on Thursday: 鈥淚’ll be in the gym at 6 o’clock.
鈥淚’ve got three clients today that I’m coaching to better health. Don’t go anything big and radical, you won’t be able to keep it up.鈥
Last month, he also posted a series of videos on his social channels, including TikTok, X and Instagram, promoting another new venture, Gregg Wallace Health.
His videos include recipes, such as a 鈥渉ealthy burger鈥 made with a tortilla wrap, and cooking tutorials, in which Wallace teaches viewers cooking skills, like how to dice an onion.
According to his website, Gregg Wallace Health is 鈥渘ot a diet鈥 but will help individuals to 鈥渓ose weight and keep it off.鈥
The Gregg Wallace Health programme offers paid subscriptions, with customers able to pay 拢11.99 per month, 拢49.99 for six months or 拢89.99 for a year to get full access to the GreggWallace Health tools. These tools include recipes, health specialist advice and a 鈥渧ibrant community.鈥
In one video promoting the site, Wallace tells his followers: 鈥淚 wanted to tell you something that I鈥檓 pleased about and it鈥檚 free, it鈥檚 got loads of good recipes you can look at, it鈥檚 got blogs and even a little quiz.鈥
The broadcaster, who presented MasterChef for nearly 20 years between 2005 and 2024, left the show in November last year after a series of allegations emerged against him.
A BBC News investigation discovered allegations of inappropriate sexual comments by 13 people who had worked with Wallace across a range of shows, over 17 years.
His lawyers previously told the BBC 鈥渋t is entirely false that he engages in behaviour of a sexually harassing nature鈥.
While the BBC said prior the corporation will not 鈥渢olerate behaviour that falls below the standards we expect鈥 and will continue to champion 鈥渁 culture that is kind, inclusive and respectful鈥.
Two MasterChef celebrity Christmas specials were pulled from the BBC鈥檚 schedule in December 2024.
Banijay UK, who produce the series, previously said it continues to regularly update and strengthen its 鈥淢asterChef welfare processes鈥.
Food critic Grace Dent will judge the forthcoming 20th series of Celebrity MasterChef alongside Wallace鈥檚 long-standing presenting partner John Torode.
