PIC OF THE DAY: Villains Trump, Musk and Lettuce Liz Truss 'sent to Mars' in Glastonbury stunt

“Daddy” Donald Trump , “Lettuce” Liz Truss and Mad Vlad Putin are sent to Mars by Glastonbury revellers — to allow us to “party on earth”. The trio were depicted on a piece of artwork at the festival alongside the likes of Elon Musk, JK Rowling and Boris Johnson, who revellers also want to blast in to space . Located in the southeast corner of the iconic festival site, the installation features SpaceX owner and car salesman Musk performing his famed ‘Nazi salute’ from Trump’s inauguration . It also features singer Katy Perry appearing to the kiss the ground — a nod to her recent excursion into space onboard billionaire Jeff Bezos’ Blue Origin rocket. And current PM Sir Keir Starmer —who caused controversy this week when he said Irish rap trio Kneecap should not perform at the festival — is featured. Festival organiser Emily Eavis this week said in response to Starmer’s censorship demand: “Everyone is welcome here.” Also depicted on the artwork is media mogul Rupert Murdoch and other tech tycoons such as Jeff Bezos and Mark Zuckerberg. All those featured don an orange space suit while ex-PM Truss has a lettuce patch sewin into the arm of her suit, a nod to your Daily Star’s 60p veg that famously outlasted her reign in Number 10. Reform leader Nigel Farage also features in the artwork, appearing to hold his hand out for Russin despot Putin to grab as they line up to join Musk onboard the rocket. Elsewhere, Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu is seen behind Orange Manbaby Donald Trump in the queue to be blasted into space. The striking image was snapped by Daily Star man Harry Thompson, who is at the Somerset site to do some very important journalistic work. He said: “It’s in the Block9 part of the southeast corner, the late night part of the festival, generally speaking. Murdoch, Rowling, Katy Perry were all there too. Perry was kissing the ground, rather hilariously. Maybe most surprisingly, Keir Starmer made an appearance too. ” Boris Johnson was in the lineup, along with all the big tech gurus – Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos and the like. Trump was right at the front of the queue. Musk was doing his infamous salute out of the rocket. “There were lots of people stopping taking photos.
