The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or MSBSHSE will release the First-Year Junior College (FYJC) admission 2025 CAP Round 1 merit list today, June 26. Once out, this list will be accessible on the official portals 鈥 mahafyjcadmissions.in or 11thadmission.org.in.
Following the release of the merit list, selected students will have to report at the allotted college for document verification and fee payment between June 27 to July 3. If a student chooses not to take admission in the allotted Junior College, they should participate in the next round. On July 5, the MSBSHSE will release the vacant seats for regular round 2 admissions, including quota seats in junior colleges.

The Centralised Admission Process for First Year Junior College oversees the online admission process for standard 11 students into all recognised Junior Colleges affiliated with the Maharashtra State Board. This year, admissions for Maharashtra FYJC are being conducted for a total of 20.43 lakh seats across 9,281 junior colleges. These seats are distributed among three primary academic streams. The Science stream has the highest number of seats with 8,52,206, followed by the Arts stream with 6,50,682 seats, and the Commerce stream offering 5,40,312 seats.
