French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, and Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk travel to Moldova to meet President Maia Sandu at the presidential palace in Chisinau to mark Moldovan Independence Day and later hold a joint press conference. The meeting is scheduled to begin at around 9 a.m. ET on Aug. 27.
