The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) has declared the round 2 seat allotment result today, June 25. Candidates who participated in the second round can check the allotment result now by visiting the official website of JoSAA at josaa.nic.in. They will need to key in their JEE Main or JEE Advanced login details to access the results.
Students who are selected in Round 2 of the counselling seat allotment process will be required to complete the online reporting process by June 29. To accept the seat, they will need to pay the requisite fee as well as upload scanned copies of required documents.
JoSAA Counselling 2025: How to Check Round 2 Seat Allotment Results?
Step 1: Go to the official JoSAA Counselling website at josaa.nic.in.
Step 2: Select the round 2 seat allotment result.
Step 3: Enter your login credentials to log in.
Step 4: The allocation letter and seat allocation result for the final round will appear on the screen.
Step 5: Download the allotment result for future reference.
JoSAA Counselling 2025: Documents Required
Selected candidates will have to upload the following documents:
–– JEE Main Admit Card 2025
–– Advanced JEE Admit Card
–– Letter of Provisional Seat Allocation
–– Grade 10 and 12 certificates along with a proof of birth
–– Identity Card with a photo
–– Three passport-sized pictures
–– Health Certificate
–– Certificate of Category, if applicable
–– PwD Certificate, if needed
–– PIO Card or OCI Certificate (if appropriate)
–– Print copy of completed seat allotment choices
–– Proof of SBI Internet Banking or e-challan fee payment for seat acceptance
JoSAA counselling is conducted for admission to B.Tech courses in the premier government technical institutes of the country including Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), and Other-Government Funded Technical Institutes (Other-GFTIs). JoSAA is conducting counselling for admission to a total of 62,853 B.Tech seats this year.
There will be four more rounds of the counselling process. The round 3 seat allotment result will be declared on July 2, fourth round merit list on July 6, fifth round on July 11 and sixth round list on July 16.
