Private affiliated colleges of TNAU will also be a pat of it. This decision to restore the 5% quota in private colleges comes after an order was issued by the Madras High Court. The order came after S Moorthy, Forum of Education Development in Tamil Nadu’s Coordinator moved to the court in 2019 after a PIL was filed on behalf of his son.
