The collision took place on Halesowen Road, near to its junction with Spring Meadow, in Old Hill on Tuesday (June 24).
Fire crews were called to the scene shortly before 5.25pm.
The driver of the car is believed to have been taken to hospital, West Midlands Fire Service said.
A fire service spokesman added: “This was a collision between a car and a bus. Both vehicles came to rest on four wheels on the road.
“The driver of the car is believed to have been conveyed to Russell Halls hospital for precautionary checks. There were no reports of any other casualties.
“We left this incident at 6.20pm, with police colleagues arranging vehicle recovery.”
