QUETTA: Former chief minister of Balochistan and ex-deputy chairman Senate Mir Jan Muhammad Khan Jamali says a pilot programme has been launched in the province with the cooperation of Turkiye in view of the need for the robotics in the future and to enable our youth to utilise artificial intelligence to meet the future challenges
Speaking at a seminar as chief guest on 21st century education, he underlined the need to raise awareness regarding the need to focus on robotics, environment studies, photography, the future role of robots in the education sector, their use and regulations, as well as a framework for learning and skill building in Balochistan.
The seminar on NextGen Balochistan: Future Skill was jointly organised by private school and college and the Turkish Embassy here on Tuesday.
Mr Jamali, who is also honorary consul general of Turkiye, said that the pilot programme had been formally launched in Balochistan and it would be gradually extended to the schools and colleges of the province.
